About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and enquiries made through it. Stockport Recoveries is the vehicle recovery and transport division of Stockport Automotive Group.

Quotes and prices

Any price given before we see the vehicle is based on the information you provide. If the situation on arrival is materially different — the vehicle will not roll, access is restricted, or the destination changes — the price may change. We will tell you before carrying out any additional work.

Your vehicle

You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised to arrange its recovery or transport, and that you have told us about anything that affects how it can be moved — modifications, low ride height, seized wheels, EV drivetrains or non-standard loading points.

Please remove valuables and personal belongings before collection.

Access and waiting

We need safe, legal access at both collection and delivery. Where access is not available, or where we are kept waiting beyond a reasonable period, additional charges may apply.
